Tuong holds Ph.D. and Master degrees in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Polytech'Nantes (France). He was researcher-lecturer Cantho University (Vietnam), Paris-Descartes (France). He was Postdoc at INSERM, then Project Manager at ICAN before joining Microsoft as Technology Specialist. Selected in TOP40 list at the contest of young professionals in ITC by United Nations. He is now General Manager at Titops and lecturer at IFI-VNU (Vietnam).
